Information you choose to provide

You may contact Chantelle by telephone or email using the links displayed throughout the site. Those communications are handled by your telephone or email provider and by the recipient’s business systems. Website inquiry forms are not currently active. If they are activated, the form will identify the information requested, the purpose of the submission, the applicable notice version, and any optional communication choices before you submit it.

Appointments

The scheduling link opens Chantelle’s Google Calendar booking page. Google processes the name, email address and appointment details you choose to provide, sends booking confirmations and configured reminders, and supplies a Google Meet link. Scheduling information is handled under Google’s privacy terms and Chantelle’s business calendar settings. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing or attach an AI chat.

Private planning tools

The Home Value Planner, Home Search Brief, and PCS Command Center work in your browser. Values, priorities, and checklist selections entered into those tools are not transmitted by the tools, saved to the website, or attached to a later inquiry. Downloaded files remain under your control. Avoid entering account numbers, credentials, government identifiers, orders, or private documents.

Ask Chantelle AI assistant

The Ask Chantelle assistant sends the question you type to a TIERS-controlled service and its configured AI processing provider so it can return a response. The assistant is intended for general real-estate and relocation planning and is not a secure channel for contact details or sensitive information. Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, private documents, precise security details, or other sensitive personal information. Chat text is not sent to Buying Buddy’s CRM and is not automatically attached to a contact inquiry. Assistant sessions may be retained for up to 30 days for service operation, safety, troubleshooting, and quality review, subject to applicable operational and legal requirements.

Hosting, security, and service providers

WP Engine hosts the WordPress website and may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the service, such as timestamps, requested pages, browser or device information, and network or security signals. Buying Buddy is the selected property-search and customer relationship provider. Website inquiry collection through Buying Buddy remains disabled until account, domain, privacy and delivery acceptance are completed. Its connection status is shown on the Property Search page. A demonstration connection shows sample listings, and visitors should not submit personal information into demo widgets. When an accepted live connection is enabled, Buying Buddy may process search activity, technical request information, registrations, saved homes, alert preferences, and inquiries under its service settings and privacy notice. Provider widgets have their own collection controls, separate from the website inquiry-form and optional analytics settings. When the separately accepted website inquiry form is enabled, submitting creates or updates a Buying Buddy contact and follow-up task and may create a consumer portal account and logged-in browser session. The form identifies this purpose and requires agreement to this notice. The site does not attach AI conversations or private planning-tool values, create property alerts, or request marketing campaigns through this inquiry form. Buying Buddy account automation settings and notifications must be verified before enabling it. TIERS Group provides the website platform and the controlled AI service boundary.

Optional analytics and cookies

Optional analytics remain inactive unless they are configured and you choose to allow them. If a valid analytics destination is configured, the site will ask for a preference before loading optional analytics. Declining optional analytics does not prevent use of the site. Necessary hosting, security, administrator-session, or preference technologies may still operate. You can revisit an available Privacy choices control to change an analytics preference.

How information is used

Information you deliberately send by phone, email, or a future approved inquiry form may be used to respond to your request, provide requested real-estate guidance, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet brokerage or legal obligations. A request for a response is separate from optional marketing email or text-message permission. The site does not claim that submitting a question creates an agency relationship.

Retention and your choices

Different records have different operational or legal retention needs. Information deliberately submitted to an accepted Buying Buddy inquiry form is retained under that provider’s documented business and legal requirements. The website does not copy those form submissions into its legacy local lead queue. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where available, use the contact information below. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, brokerage, or transaction obligations.

Children’s privacy

This website is directed to adults seeking real-estate or relocation information and is not designed to collect information from children. Do not submit information about a child through the AI assistant or a future inquiry form.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when site features or providers change. The version date below identifies the current website notice. Material changes should be reviewed before related collection or tracking features are activated.
