Chantelle Lippold is a licensed REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers across the Commonwealth of Virginia through United Real Estate Premier in Fredericksburg. Her work is especially focused on military families, federal employees, and relocation clients navigating PCS moves and major transitions.
As a proud Marine Corps wife, Chantelle has supported her husband through five deployments and several tours. Alongside her family’s own relocations, those experiences have taught her the value of flexibility, clear communication, and having someone you can count on. She understands that a move is never just about an address—it is about finding your footing in a new chapter.
With two energetic boys at the center of her world, Chantelle knows how important it is to find a home that supports the way a family actually lives. Her approach combines responsive communication, efficient scheduling, careful research, and personalized guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
Her commitment to families also extends beyond real estate. Chantelle leads Beyond the Pavement, a nonprofit focused on supporting children with muscular dystrophy and their families. As the mother of a son with muscular dystrophy, this work is deeply personal. She is dedicated to raising awareness and working toward greater access to all-terrain mobility, helping children and families explore and enjoy more of the world together.
Outside of real estate, Chantelle enjoys gardening, spending time with animals, exploring great food, and making memories with her family. Her background in information systems security and digital forensics also shapes a detail-oriented, organized, and practical problem-solving style throughout the transaction process.
